U Practio

A simple framework for responsibility, respect and good use.

Practio provides an organizational service for professionals and communities of practice. It works when users accept personal responsibility, host discretion, mutual respect and compliance with law, professional ethics and common courtesy.

Platform rules.

Personal responsibility

Each user is responsible for their profile, requests, comments, messages and behavior.

Lawful use

Users must respect the law, confidentiality, professional rules and shared ethical standards.

No abuse

Harassment, threats, discrimination, spam, impersonation and misuse of confidential information are not acceptable.

Practio does not govern the professional substance of meetings.

The platform supports organization, access, messaging and operational details. It does not automatically certify quality, professional suitability or methodological correctness.

The host is responsible for the room's organization.

Defines rules

Format, access, roles, group size and internal rules are set by the host.

Manages access

The host may approve, waitlist, reject or remove participation when needed.

Shares instructions

The host provides links, addresses, timing, materials and reserved instructions.

Acts fairly

Host discretion must be exercised within law, platform rules and professional ethics.

A participation request does not create an automatic right of access.

Accepting outcomes

Users accept that a request can be approved, waitlisted or rejected. A rejection does not justify pressure, controversy or hostile behavior.

Civil dialogue

Questions and clarifications are welcome when respectful, relevant and measured.
