U Practio

How to use Practio clearly, professionally and safely.

Practio helps organize communities of practice, supervision, intervision, Balint groups and peer coaching. It coordinates rooms, requests, approvals, messages and operational instructions. It is not a video conferencing platform: if the meeting is online, the host must provide the external meeting link.

From profile to room.

1. Complete your profile

Use your real name, profession, approach, credentials and contact visibility. In a professional context, trust starts with a clear profile.

2. Create or find a room

Publish a room as host or browse active rooms in card or calendar view.

3. Manage participation

Hosts approve, waitlist or remove participants. Participants can withdraw or reactivate their request.

4. Send operational details

When the group is ready, hosts send private details such as link, address, access rules or materials.

What organizers are responsible for.

Define the scope

Title, format, date, duration, roles and group size should be explicit.

Manage access

The host decides whom to approve and when to use the waitlist.

Provide instructions

Share link, address, timing, password, materials and reserved details when needed.

Protect information

Keep location and links private until participants are confirmed.

Use comments and messages well

Comments are public questions; messages are private clarifications or operational communications.

Lead with clarity

Practio supports organization; the professional setting remains the host's responsibility.
