Does an online room happen inside Practio?
No. Practio organizes the meeting but does not host video calls. Use an external link.
Can the host hide the location or link?
Yes. This is recommended when links or addresses should be shared only with confirmed participants.
Messages and discussions
What is the difference between comments and messages?
Comments are public room discussions. Messages are private threads connected to the room.
Where do I find messages received by email?
Use the email link or open the “Message threads” section in the dashboard.
